About me
I am a GATE dad. I am blessed with an exceptional child. Additionally, I matriculated through the California GATE program in the Poway Unified School District. I remember the challenges and rewards of that adventure and I want to ensure my child gets the best chance to succeed.
As a side note: I have been diagnosed with ADHD. As an adult I am still dealing with this diagnosis and what it means as a TAG individual. The methods I have discovered for engaging HELP like individuals and my own learning / participation levels seem to speak to ADD / TAG persons as well. I will look forward to hearing anything regarding both topics.
I am excited to make this resource available. It is meant to be shared with parents, teachers, volunteers, grand-parents, aunts, uncles, and even the TAG individuals themselves. Lets join the conversation, create and share our ideas and experiences, and figure out how to make them better.
